Coaching sessions will give you clarity and as part of our pre-coaching phone call, I will help gain a clear idea of what you would like to achieve from our sessions. From then on, coaching will help you to remain clear about your goals and the direction that you are heading.
Accountability is one of the most powerful tools for creating change. Throughout your coaching journey, you will create goals to achieve between sessions and we will discuss your progress at the beginning of each session. If you are putting something off week after week, it becomes obvious during our coaching sessions and gets dealt with. You decide to wither ‘do it or ditch it’.

Coaching is an opportunity to focus on you. In daily life, being busy with work, family, friends, and hobbies often mean that you and your bigger wants get left to the side. Coaching gives you the space to think about you, your thoughts & feelings and about what is important to you.
