My mission is to improve recruitment performance through innovative training and thought- provoking coaching.

I have worked the recruitment industry since the mid 2000’s, during which time I’ve been “hands on” in a range of sectors including; Commercial, Construction, Education, Public Sector and Tech.

I’ve been a founding member of start-ups and worked at Director level in a large corporate business.

I am a trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, accredited by the Association for Integrative Psychology and NLP underpins the foundation of much of the training that I deliver.
