Billing Manager Training
The Billing Manager Leadership Programme
“Billing Manager” is the toughest and most demanding role in Recruitment.
People are often thrown into this role with little training and sometimes even without the appropriate support. The battle to juggle their own billings plus the performance of their team is a real struggle and often one, or both, begins to decline.
This is a proven 6 month training programme that creates effective leaders who can manage a team to success whilst continuing to realise their own potential and profitability as a recruiter.
The programme combines practical examples from corporate leadership experience, high performance coaching from the worlds of business and sport and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
